Movement Screening

Just to follow up on the movement screening done at the weekend.
There are some improvements across the squad so well done to all and remember to keep up the good work. While the improvements are nothing major but as we have only started this part of the program a few months ago, they are what I would expect to see.
Improving movement mechanics is a slow process so please be patient and keep with the routines. The best advice is to keep up with the circuit routine we have posted up and some of the activation exercises that the players have done a few times now.
The long term goal is moving better, but there are also immediate benefits such as reducing risk of injury and improving athletic performance. So please keep with it and be patient.
If needed I can go through with each player the videos from first and second days of the screening when in Nottingham. We will also screen again at later stages and I would expect to see more progress.
I will also try to get some videos on the YouTube channel of some exercises that are in the circuit and also to help improve mobility, along with the sprinting mechanics drills we did at the weekend.
